By using the Almasar platform or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1 The service

Almasar is a cloud accounting and ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing platform covering accounting, sales, purchases, inventory, fixed assets and multi-branch operations.

2 Account and subscription

• You must be a business or an authorised representative of one.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; increases do not apply to an already-paid period.

3 Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for any activity contrary to Saudi law, attempt to breach or overload it, access other subscribers' data, or resell the service without written agreement.

4 Your data

Your accounting data remains entirely yours. We process it solely to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and you may export it at any time.

5 Accounting accuracy and professional responsibility

The platform is an operational tool. The accuracy of entries, tax returns and regulatory compliance remains the responsibility of the subscriber and their licensed accountant. Neither the platform nor our team acts as a tax or legal advisor.

6 Availability and support

We target at least 99% monthly availability, excluding announced scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control. Support is provided by email on official working days.

7 Limitation of liability

Our total liability, on any basis, shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

8 Intellectual property

The software, designs and the Almasar brand are ours. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for its duration.

9 Termination

You may cancel at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account for material breach or non-payment after notice. Your data remains available for export for 90 days after termination.

10 Changes

We may update these terms and will announce material changes 30 days before they take effect.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; the courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute.
